Position: Executive Assistant

                Duties: Assisted facilities director with the daily operations of the maintenance department to include, research, compile

                and prepare reports, manuals, correspondence and various other information as required by management and government

                agencies.  Assisted with DEA & FDA inspections, reports and presentations.  Created & utilized spreadsheets for daily

                maintenance procedures.  Planned layouts for stockrooms, warehouse and other storage areas.  Developed, updated and

                downloaded job plans, procedures, policies and standards for maintenance department.  Created & implemented a more

                efficient process for work order processing & record retention management.  Updated and maintained records pertaining

                to inventory, personnel, purchase orders, supplies and machine maintenance.  Purchased materials & equipment for

                various departments.  Planned for & coordinated various services such as security, hazardous waste disposal, parking

                & supplies, monthly equipment evaluation, scheduled equipment maintenance/repairs, driver dispatch and investigate &

                process damage goods claims & report.  Manage & maintain personnel files, process workers comp claims, set-up drug

                testing, created & implemented employee benefits program and resolved employee grievances.  Negotiated with

                vendors & truck lines on discount payment terms.  Assisted drivers with driving logs & mileage procedures.  Managed

                a staff of 15 employees which included office personnel, yard men and drivers.

                addition, I was administrative assistant to Vice-President of roofing division which included, purchasing materials &

                report and researching, compiling & submitting job bids.  Made travel arrangements & itineraries for department.
